March Madness 2011: Biggest Questions, Likeliest Upsets in the East Region

Every year, one region in particular always seems to be for the big fellas.

The others have maybe one or two elite teams, but then there’s one region with about four, plus a crop of other great teams to go along with them. I think the East region gets the honors here this year for March Madness, with Ohio State (32-2), North Carolina (26-7), Syracuse (26-7) and Kentucky (25-8) getting the top four seeds.
