There hasn’t been a whole lot of upsets to talk about in the East Region outside of No. 11 Marquette who upset No. 6 Xavier in their first game, and then backed that up by knocking off No. 3 Syracuse in the round of 32. All of the other high seeds have won, which pits No.1 Ohio State vs. No. 4 Kentucky and No. 2 North Carolina vs. No. 11 Marquette in the Sweet 16.
According to the oddsmakers, no upsets are likely in the Sweet 16, as our NCAA Tournament odds have Ohio State favored by 5.5-points over Kentucky, while North Carolina is favored by 4.5-points over Marquette.
