Why Mike Vrabel Will Help OSU Win the Big Ten

Former Buckeye Mike Vrabel has called it quits in the NFL—retiring after 14 years.
He was an integral part in the New England Patriots Super Bowl runs, helping the team win an astounding three rings. He has certainly accomplished a lot for a player that was drafted in the third round of the 1997 NFL Draft.
He played for the first team to achieve a perfect 16-0 regular-season record and has amassed great stats over his years. Vrabel finished his career with the Chiefs where his numbers were very impressive, compiling 57 sacks, 11 interceptions, 17 forced fumbles and 10 receiving touchdowns. 
He will have a big impact on how the recruiting trail shapes for Ohio State University in the future. Adding him to the coaching staff makes them a bit more credible when trying to lock up…
