The first lawsuit has been filed against former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky, and the accuser is not among the eight alleged victims listed in the grand jury presentment released late last month.
The lawsuit alleges Sandusky sexually abused a young boy more than 100 times and then threatened the boy’s family to keep him quiet. The alleged abuse took place at Sandusky’s State College home, at Penn State’s football facilities and on at least one Penn State bowl trip.
