The Associated Press All-America team is out, and the Big Ten is well represented among the prestigious group.
Six players from the league made the All-America first team, including three of the four defensive linemen on the squad. The first-teamers are:
Wisconsin RB Montee Ball
Michigan C David Molk
Wisconsin OG Kevin Zeitler
Illinois DE Whitney Mercilus
Penn State DT Devon Still
Michigan State DT Jerel Worthy
Ball, Mercilus and Molk — the Rimington Trophy winner — seemed like locks.
