An agreement for the Ohio State men’s and women’s basketball teams to play their season openers aboard an aircraft carrier in Charleston, S.C., is close to being finalized, an athletic department official said today. The men would play Marquette and the women would play Notre Dame on Nov. 9, said senior associate athletic director Miechelle Willis, who oversees both programs.
