Ohio State Football: Examining Buckeyes’ Last 3 Regular Season Games

While Ohio State’s postseason ban doesn’t allow it to compete for a bowl game this season, that hasn’t stopped Braxton Miller and the Buckeyes from going 9-0.
With wins against such teams as Michigan State, Nebraska and Penn State, Ohio State is ranked No. 6 in the AP poll through nine weeks of action.
The question now becomes, will the Buckeyes run the table this season?
Here’s a breakdown of each of their last three games.
 
Vs. Illinois: Saturday, Nov. 3

Not only has Illinois lost its last five games, Michigan dual-threat quarterback Denard Robinson exploded against the Fighting Illini in Week 7.
In the 45-0 blowout, Robinson passed for 159 yards and two touchdowns on 14.5 yards per pass attempt and rushed for 128 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries.
Ohio State has averaged 5.45 yards per carry this season (14th in the FBS) while compiling 29 rushing touchdowns, per CFBStats.com.
