The game vs. the Jayhawks Saturday will be the 10th meeting in the all-time series. Kansas is 6-3 overall. KU has won the last four games in the series, including two games last season. In the first game of the home and home series in Lawrence, Kansas prevailed 78-67 last December. Ohio State was without two-time All-American Jared Sullinger in that game (injury). Both the Buckeyes and Jayhawks advanced to the 2012 Final Four in New Orleans. Kansas won that meeting in a come-from-behind effort to advance to the national title game with a 64-62 victory. Ohio State’s three wins in the series took place from 1983-96. The Buckeyes won in Lawrence, at St. John Arena in Columbus and in overtime in a neutral site game at the Rainbow Classic in Honolulu, Hawaii. Against the current alignment of Big 12 teams, Ohio State is 25-23 overall. Thad Matta is 5-6 during his career vs. Big 12 teams.

  1. Again begging the qtoeuisn: Why isn\’t Jamaal Berry getting more of a look on offense? I understand Tressel is loyal to his upperclassmen but come on, this quite obvious?
