The Ohio State Buckeyes’ Bradley Roby might be the best defensive back in college football that you’ve never heard of.
The 5’11, 190-pound cornerback was a redshirt sophomore in 2012 and was a second-year starter for the Buckeyes. Though he didn’t receive a ton of accolades this past season, the return of Roby in 2013 would be huge for Ohio State.
As spring practice gets closer and closer, there’s a few things we know about the 2013 Buckeyes defense. They’ll be talented, fast and inexperienced…in some positions.
The front seven, especially the D-line, will be hurt the most by graduation and Johnathan Hankins declaring for the NFL draft.
The Bucks could have three returning starters in the secondary if Roby decides to come back for a championship run. Christian Bryant and C.J. Barnett are good players, but Roby puts fear into opposing offensive coordinators.
