4-Star WR and Ohio State Target Drake Harris Decommits from Michigan State

Looking to build off the momentum of signing the nation’s No. 2 recruiting class following a perfect 12-0 season in 2012, Urban Meyer and the Ohio State Buckeyes are pursuing some of the most talented 2014 prospects in the country.

One of those targets—Drake Harris, the 4-star wide receiver from Grand Rapids, Michigan—decommited from the Michigan State Spartans on Monday, according to Tom VanHaaren of ESPN.com.

Harris had been committed to the Spartans since June of 2012 with the plan to play both football and basketball at Michigan State. After making the decision in January to play just football at the collegiate level, Harris reopened his recruitment and began looking at other schools.
