It all started for Urban Meyer at Ohio State as a tight ends coach. While the tight end isn’t a big position of need in Meyer’s spread offense, Jeb Blazevich (Charlotte, N.C./Charlotte Christian) might be a perfect fit for the Buckeyes. Aaron Hernandez is arguably the most famous tight end that has played under Meyer. While making any comparisons is unwarranted, Blazevich is the type of player that could flourish with Ohio State. Blazevich was slated to come to Ohio State on another unofficial visit Tuesday — he saw Ohio State’s 52-22 win over Illinois on Nov.
