Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller is one of the favorites to win the Heisman, and the Buckeyes could very well end up in the BCS National Championship.
Although Miller has been superb in the first two years of his college career, he could very well take the next step. The question is: How much of a leap can he make in 2013?
