Ohio State had strong words for Chad Mavety (Garden City, N.J./Nassau Community College) following a visit to the 6-foot-6, 320-pound offensive tackle’s practice on Thursday. And everything the Buckeyes said brought another smile to his face. Mavety is one of the biggest names Ohio State is targeting as it looks to rebuild a line that will lose four starters after the 2013 season. The Buckeyes showed just how interested they were when in him line coach Ed Warinner showed up at Mavety’s school to see him run through the paces.
