Urban Meyer spoke with the media today after Ohio State completed its third day of preseason practice. A few big takeaways were:
Meyer is pleased with Braxton Miller’s efforts. He says he has “come a long way.” He also spoke about his leadership with the receivers and the improvement over last year.
Meyer also talked about freshman Dontre Wilson and how he’s impressed with his speed. He says Wilson has “jets.” It looks like he’ll also be seeing some playing time this season.
It’s also worth noting that Carlos Hyde and Bradley Roby are both practicing even though nothing was discussed about Roby’s arrest or punishment.
