6 recruits sign financial aid deals with Indiana

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) — Six football recruits have signed financial aid deals with Indiana – the first official step to having those players join the program.It guarantees those players will have scholarships at Indiana if they sign to play with the Hoosiers. They could still sign with another program, though not in the Big Ten.Coach Kevin Wilson made the announcement Tuesday.Only one player, offensive lineman DeAndre Herron, has actually signed a national letter-of-intent to play for the Hoosiers.
