  1. 7CN1. i think that the idea of passing the ball then moinvg will create the player a huge advantage to what step they’re going to do next. An example would be; if i threw a ball at my partner and i moved quickly to an open space i would create more time for my partner and i to think about the different spaces where we can move to next. If we follow the pass and move routine then we can create a much faster routine and a cleaner routine to winning a goal.2. In a game like basketball a good way to catch a ball would be in a free space, both the players arms committed and in a ready position and communicating for the ball. One idea how you can recieve the ball well is to look at where the ball is going put your arms out in the right position and catch. One idea why communication is important is; if you want the ball or need to pass the ball it’s a good idea to let the other player know that you are passing it to them, or if you need the ball simply call for it so the player with the ball will be able to know that you are available.
