Ohio State Gives Buckeyes Football Players ’24 Straight Victories’ Game Balls

The Ohio State Buckeyes enjoyed an impressive amount of success during the 2012 and 2013 seasons, so they decided to reward their players with customized game balls.

Head coach Urban Meyer started his stint with the Buckeyes with 24 consecutive wins before losing to the Michigan State Spartans in the Big Ten championship game and the Clemson Tigers in the Orange Bowl.

Junior tight end Jeff Heuerman tweeted the picture of the game balls with the words “24 Straight Victories” on them.

Hat-tip to Matt Lombardi from CollegeSpun.com for the find.
