For the third straight week, Ohio State quarterback commit Joe Burrow of Athens High School dominated the voting polls to win the Land-Grant Holy Land Elite ’15 MVP of the week award. After going 10 of 14 for 219 yards and five touchdowns, Burrow defeated soon-to-be teammates defensive linemen Jashon Cornell, Dre’Mont Jones, linebacker Nick Conner, and defensive back Jamel Dean with 49% of your votes. Ohio State might have had the weekend off, but the future Buckeyes didn’t. You know what that means. It’s time to vote for the Week 4 Elite ’15 MVP. Here are the five nominees: Joe Burrow The Athens signal caller only played in the first half once again, but still put up numbers better than most top prospects. In a 55-9 win over Alexander on Friday evening, Joe connected on 12 of his 19 passing attempts for 298 yards, and five touchdowns.
