COLUMBUS, Ohio — One is a sack master. The other wants to be a shrug stopper. Michigan State offensive tackle Jack Conklin could end up handling the bulk of the duties of stopping Ohio State defensive end Joey Bosa on Saturday night when the No. 14 Buckeyes travel to East Lansing for an 8 p.m. kickoff against the No. 8 Spartans. It will be the task of Michigan State’s entire offensive line to stop Bosa — the Buckeyes like to move him around — but Conklin is relishing the opportunity for those one-on-one battles. “Obviously he’s a great player, see him this season and last season, he bounces around a lot so the whole line is going to have to be ready to play against him,” Conklin said during interviews in East Lansing this week. “Obviously I’m excited to play such a great player.” Slowing down Bosa has been a chore for Ohio State’s first eight opponents.
