COLUMBUS — Where is Ohio State? Thursday night, the Buckeyes (14-5, 3-3 Big Ten) will be at Northwestern (10-8, 1-4) for a 7 p.m. tip. But in the arc of the season, Ohio State still could be on the way up. We’ve seen some February bumps in the past. This, losing two of the last three during a 3-3 Big Ten start, isn’t that.
