Jan. 23, 2015WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – After playing four of its last five on the road, the Purdue women’s basketball team returns home to Mackey Arena on Sunday, hosting Ohio State University at 2 p.m. (ET). The Boilermakers sit at 10-9 overall on the season and 3-5 in conference play, while the Buckeyes enter the weekend at 12-7 (4-3 Big Ten). GAMEDAY PROMOTIONS• Sunday’s game will be played in honor of Lawrenceburg, Indiana native Lauren Hill. Diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in late 2013, Hill played in her first and last basketball game as a freshman at Mount Saint Joseph University last November. She continues to fight her disease today and has raised over a million dollars to support research, reminding us to never give up.
