Stan Drayton has accepted a job as the new Chicago Bears running backs coach. This announcement comes as a shock to Mike Weber who committed to Ohio State on national signing day yesterday. Weber a 4 star recruit from Detroit, Michigan was torn between playing for TSUN and OSU. Drayton and Meyer were on a late night phone call with Weber which sealed the deal.
Weber is now publicly venting on twitter about how hurt he is. This certainly doesn’t look like a good situation. I suggest Urban tear up the LOI and allow him to open up his recruitment. This would be a true indicator if he wants to be a Buckeye or play for the SCUM up north!
