Just Wait On It pic.twitter.com/HgeyOMCUeH — Cardale Jones (@CJ12_) May 27, 2015 Cardale Jones’ wild offseason is almost over. It’s almost time to stop reflecting on the brilliant 2014 season, and start working to make 2015 even better. 2015 already seems to be going well for the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cardale Jones, as the former third-string quarterback is featured on the cover of ESPN the Magazine. ESPN the Magazine’s college football preview issue has Ohio State ranked number 1, ahead of Alabama, TCU, LSU, and Baylor. It will hit stands on June 1. Remember when “experts” thought TCU and Baylor should’ve gone to the College Football Playoff ahead of Ohio State? K. There are three other covers that feature Alabama’s Derrick Henry, Oregon’s Royce Freeman and TCU’s Trevone Boykin. Obviously Cardale’s cover is the best, since he beat two of the three non-Ohio State teams featured. Cardale is competing for the starting quarterback position for the Buckeyes. He’s facing two-time Big Ten MVP Braxton Miller and Big Ten record-holder for most combined rushing and passing touchdowns in a season J.T. Barrett.
