Penguin Press announced plans this week to publish a new book from Ohio State’s championship-winning coach this fall. It will be called “Above the Line: Lessons in Leadership and Life from a Championship Season.” The book, written with Wayne Coffey, will include stories from Meyer’s past championship seasons at Florida, but will focus mostly on the Buckeyes’ unexpected 14-1 run to a title in the inaugural College Football Playoff. After a loss in the second week of the regular season, Meyer’s team ran off 13 straight wins despite replacing two starting quarterbacks during the course of the year.
