NFL rookie symposium: Devin Smith abstains from weighing in on Ohio State quarterback race

One player participating in the NFL rookie symposium in Berea on June 23 is qualified to say who should start at quarterback for Ohio State, and he doesn’t want to get involved. Devin Smith, an Akron native chosen last month in the second round with the 37th overall pick in the draft, caught passes from Braxton Miller, J.T.
