Braxton Miller created a bit of a stir on Thursday morning after he told the Columbus Dispatch that he would be making an announcement about his “immediate plans next week.” The speculation naturally revolved around the possibility of Miller announcing he would be transferring to a new school. But don’t worry, Ohio State fans. According to another report from the Dispatch, published on Thursday afternoon, that will not be the case. A source told the paper that Miller will not be transferring from Ohio State, and his announcement next week will simply be about the progress of his rehab and the upcoming 2015 season. So step back from that ledge, Buckeyes fans. You know longer have to live in fear of entering the 2015 season with only two quarterbacks better than most other teams’ starters. You’ll still have all three. As for those of you who were fantasizing about Miller joining your team and leading them to glory in 2015, I offer my deepest condolences. You’ll get through this disappointment. You just have to take it one day at a time.
