Alabama coach Nick Saban sounds like he’s still a little bitter after Ohio State loss

Understandably Alabama was pretty upset losing in the Sugar Bowl and the first round of the College Football Playoff to the fourth-seeded Ohio State Buckeyes last season. But as time passes, one must look inward and take responsibility for being underprepared against a faster-than-expected Ohio State team. The Big Ten is often seen as a slower conference than the almighty SEC, so it’s no surprise Alabama was shocked to see players like Devin Smith and Ezekiel Elliott burn their top-flight defense. Losing is a bummer, we get that, but what we don’t get is why ‘Bama coach Nick Saban is still copping pleas six months later during his SEC Media Day.
