Updated JUL 20, 2015 12:12p ET This should probably come as little surprise, but the 2015 Ohio State-Michigan game is shaping up to be a hot ticket this fall. The Detroit News reports tickets for the Nov. 28 contest in Ann Arbor are going for an average of $310 through secondary marketplace SeatGeek. The cheapest available tickets are going for $180. Of course, Ohio State-Michigan is always a big game, but this season’s version could be especially epic if the Wolverines are able to produce a bounce-back season under new coach Jim Harbaugh and the Buckeyes, who won the inaugural College Football Playoff last season, are undefeated entering the game. There is precedent for a matchup with similar implications. In 1969, the Wolverines (under first-year head coach Bo Schembechler, a former Ohio State assistant) stunned the undefeated, defending national champion Buckeyes in Ann Arbor, denying Ohio State a second national championship in a row and sending Michigan to the Rose Bowl. Prior to the game, Ohio State was regarded as one of the greatest teams of all time, and Sports Illustrated wrote the best game of the college football season would likely be a scrimmage pitting the Buckeye offense against the Buckeye defense. The 24-12 decision kicked off “The 10-Year War” between Schembechler and mentor Woody Hayes, the legendary Ohio State head coach. (H/T Detroit News)
