A recent poll of Ohio State fans indicated that by a slim margin, more preferred to have Cardale Jones quarterback the Big Ten team this season than either Braxton Miller or J.T. Barrett. Jones received 33 percent, Miller 23 and Barrett 14. Twenty-seven percent weren’t sure. In Lake County, most probably don’t have a rooting interest in OSU’s quarterback situation, where the Buckeyes have three returnees with starting experience. But if you’re a football fan and wondering who to root for in the Big Ten this fall, there is a list of players available. It’s a list of some of the Lake County graduates who currently are on preseason rosters of Big Ten teams. Obviously, some of the players won’t play, either because they are being redshirted or get injured.
