With that in mind, I have come up with five players the Cowboys could consider roughly a year from now. Heck, maybe I’ll even get the pick right. But probably not. Doubt I would have had a cornerback from UConn on my 2015 list. Anyway, here are some players for you to keep an eye on during the upcoming college football season. Who knows, maybe one of them will be wearing a star on their helmet in 2016. 1.) Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State. The sophomore rushed for 1,878 yards and 18 touchdowns last season, leading the Buckeyes to a national title win over Oregon at AT&T Stadium.
