To commemorate the 2015 title, someone spent a lot of time carving 2,000 pounds of butter into a very life-like — and life-sized — statue of Urban Meyer. State fairs will fry anything — random meats, candy bars, oreos, sticks of butter, etc. — so having butter statues is really just the next logical step for a state fair.
