The Ohio State Buckeyes have landed five top recruits to their basketball program. They are Jaquan Lyle, Daniel Giddens, Austin Grandstaff, A.J. Harris, and Mickey Mitchell. All five guys are four star recruits, and could make a impact on the team as soon as they get to campus. I’m really surprised that out of the five players only one, A.J.Harris is from the state of Ohio, and he’s the smallest one. They have most of their recruits from south of the state. Harris is from Dayton Ohio, and at 5-foot-9 could make a good point guard for the Buckeyes. He’s got great speed, and a nose for the basket. Even though he is small, from what I see he invites contact, and has great touch after contact. I would like to see him distribute the ball more though. Seems to me that he’s too much of a ball hog. …
