Biggest college football story lines for 2015

Pick six: Register-Guard sports columnist Austin Meek tours the country in search of the biggest story lines for the upcoming college football season: 1, Can anybody beat the Buckeyes? Ohio State captured all 61 first-place votes in the initial Associated Press Top 25 poll, becoming the first unanimous preseason No. 1 in the poll’s history. Fans who watched the Buckeyes mow down Oregon in last year’s title game won’t argue. Ohio State returns almost all of its key pieces from that team, including running back Ezekiel Elliott, defensive end Joey Bosa and three quarterbacks who could start almost anywhere in the country. College football always finds a way to surprise us, but it’s hard to see where the Buckeyes might stumble.
