At first glance, it seemed strange as Urban Meyer’s Buckeyes were fresh off a national championship. Yet, the reality was that it seemingly was a waste of time studying a ton of Buckeye game tape. And that was proved correct in the draft as only three Buckeyes were drafted in the first five rounds: WR Devin Smith, 2nd round, New York JetsTE Jeff Heuerman, 3rd round, Denver BroncosCB Doran Grant, 4th round, Pittsburgh Steelers Trust me when I say that the draft study for the Buckeyes will take a wee bit longer following the 2015 season. [Buckeyes have become a monster to admire] Luckily, I’m ahead of the game, as I have studied and given draftable grades to 12 Buckeyes with NFL potential. And that is probably a conservative number.
