The Buckeyes staff pulled Jones in the second quarter of Saturday’s 20-13 home win vs. Northern Illinois after he had thrown two interceptions and struggled to move the offense. Sophomore J.T. Barrett replaced him and threw a touchdown pass before halftime, but did not fare much better overall.
