It seems that some Ohio State fans have a very short memory. Ohio State had a rough time against Indiana on Saturday, beating the Hoosiers 34-27 to improve to 5-0 on the season. Buckeyes quarterback Cardale Jones did not have a great game, as he completed 18 of his 27 passes for only 245 yards, a touchdown and an interception. Jones then made the mistake of celebrating the hard-fought victory on Twitter afterward. Can someone explain how this “Making an idiot out of myself will make me feel better” thing is supposed to work? pic.twitter.com/b3X1uNMizG — Lori Schmidt (@LoriSchmidt) October 4, 2015 Those are just some of the responses Jones received, and Ohio State won the game. It’s as if somebody should remind the absent-minded that Jones has started eight games for the Buckeyes, and Ohio State has won all eight of those games. And you know, three of those wins were a Big Ten Championship, a Sugar Bowl win over Alabama, and a national title game. But hey, Ohio State only beat Indiana by seven points, so what’s Cardale done for them lately? Ohio State is 8-0 with Cardale Jones, but that’s not good enough for some Ohio State fans.
