Tuberville earns a base salary of $2,200,000 from the school. His max bonus, according to USA Today, is $540,000, which reports that his bonuses paid for 2014-15 amounted to $140,000. Tuberville’s salary is ranked the highest among AAC head coaches. Central Florida’s George O’Leary ranks second in the AAC – 57th overall – at $1,890,000 in total pay. Last year, Tuberville’s salary ranked 44th according to the USA Today coaching salary database. Nick Saban ($7,087,481) of Alabama has the highest total pay, and the Ohio State Buckeyes’ Urban Meyer ($5,860,000) has the third highest.
