COLUMBUS >> They say athletes play how they practice. Maybe that’s why Ohio State safety Vonn Bell has a penchant for taking interceptions back for touchdowns — because that’s how he envisions it happening before games are played and how he practices it during the week. Much to the chagrin of Coach Urban Meyer. “It’s natural,” Bell said of his interception skill. “I get them in practice and I work on my moves then. I run all the way down to the end zone. Coach Meyer gets mad at me and tells me to come back. Advertisement “It’s all natural. It’s just being a play-maker.” The junior from Rossville, Ga., showed off that ability last weekend with a 16-yard interception return for a touchdown. But instead of upsetting the coach, the pick-six energized the team and helped the Buckeyes to a 28-14 win over the visiting Golden Gophers.
