Michigan State Football: Three and out recap, Ohio State

The Michigan State football team is now firmly in control of their own destiny after their victory over Ohio State. While the Spartans are going back to work today to get ready for Saturday’s Senior Day showdown with Penn State, we are taking a look back at how we did with the three keys to a Spartan victory. Three reasons why MSU will lose to Ohio State 3. Ohio State gets up for big games On Ohio State’s Senior Day, in front a record-setting crowd at Ohio Stadium, to be in control of their own destiny for the Big Ten East title, Ohio State was supposed to come out firing. Instead, the Buckeyes played their worst game in a long time. The only two touchdowns that Urban Meyer’s team registered were off of two turnovers that put the Buckeyes in incredible field position. The rest of the game was all Michigan State as they held the Buckeyes to 132 total yards. Rain or no rain, the performance of the defense was impressive as that was the lowest output ever by an Urban Meyer-coached team. 2.
