Week 13 College Football Betting Odds Picks: Ohio State, Alabama, Kansas State

Thanksgiving weekend is traditionally the last full week of college football betting action before bowl season begins in December, with many rivalry games taking place to close out the regular season.

None is bigger than the eighth-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes (10-1) visiting the 10th-ranked Michigan Wolverines (9-2) in one of the most highly anticipated coaching matchups of the year.

This Big Ten showdown between defending national champion Ohio State and Michigan is listed as a betting pick’em at several sportsbooks monitored by Odds Shark, with Urban Meyer squaring off against Jim Harbaugh, respectively, for the first time ever.

Meyer’s Buckeyes are coming off a surprising 17-14 loss to the fifth-ranked Michigan State Spartans last week as 14.5-point home favorites, otherwise they would be solid chalk here. Harbaugh’s Wolverines also lost to Michigan State at home earlier in the season but could still win the Big Ten East Division with a win and loss by the Spartans to the Penn State Nittany Lions.

That likely will not happen, though, as Ohio State has gone 4-1 straight-up and against the spread in the past five meetings on the road. Back the Buckeyes to bounce back from their first loss in 24 games with an impressive victory.

The second-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide (10-1) are favored to win the national championship, but they will need to beat the Auburn Tigers (6-5) on the road in the annual Iron Bowl before they get into the four-team College…
