Ohio State WR Michael Thomas Questions Alabama’s Schedule

Although the Southeastern Conference has been viewed as the best league in college football for years now, the current Associated Press Top 25 suggests the conference isn’t as strong as it has been in recent seasons. And you better believe Ohio State Buckeyes receiver Michael Thomas has noticed. Thomas and the Buckeyes were able to sneak into the inaugural College Football Playoff last year and wound up winning the national championship. Now, after a last-second loss to Michigan State two weeks ago, one-loss Ohio State needs some help to get a chance to defend its title. Knowing his team is on the outside looking in, Thomas appears to believe the Buckeyes have a better resume than the one-loss Alabama Crimson Tide. His argument? Alabama’s strength of schedule is not that great, with the Crimson Tide beating only one ranked team this season.
