Coconut Creek announced his commitment to the Buckeyes over Tennessee and West Virginia. Rated the No. 12 wide receiver in the 2016 recruiting class in the 247Sports composite rankings, the 6-foot-4, 177-pound Victor has been Ohio State’s top wide receiver target for months, so it was a huge get for Urban Meyer. I’d agree with Ari’s assessment. OSU’s wide receiver ranks have thinned out a bit since the end of the season, but that’s to be expected.
