Big Ten players heading to the 2016 NFL combine

The most important set of job interviews most football players will ever have begins later this month.The annual NFL scouting combine will be held Feb. 23-29 in Indianapolis, and the official list of invitees is out. Indianapolis will be like Columbus West. Michigan State has a big group, too, at seven invitees. But that’s still half as many as Ohio State.The biggest name not included: Michigan quarterback Jake Rudock, who many though had improved his draft stock considerably with a strong senior season. He could still very much get a look by NFL teams, but he’ll have to impress in individual workouts and during the Wolverines’ pro day.
