Does it help from a recruiting and marketing point of view? I get that,” Smith said, via Cleveland.com. “If we were jumpstarting our program I’d probably try and do that, too. But we’re not jumpstarting our program. We’re in a different place.” Well, former Ohio State star running back Ezekiel Elliott wasn’t going to let Harbaugh have the last word on this one. So he did what any Ohio State fan would do this year.
