Penn State sets night kick, ‘White Out’ for Ohio State

For Penn State football fans attending the game this fall against Ohio State, wear white and expect to get home late. The Nittany Lions’ annual “White Out” game will be against the Buckeyes on Oct. 22 at Beaver Stadium, and will kick off at 8 p.m. The game will be shown on ABC, ESPN or ESPN2. It marks the 17th consecutive season Penn State will play at least one night game. When the teams met two years ago at Beaver Stadium, 107,895 fans attended the White Out contest with the Buckeyes winning 31-24 in overtime on their way to winning the national championship. Penn State opens its season Sept. 3 against Kent State.
