BRADLEY LEEB/AP Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones, drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fourth round, thought the phone call was a prank. Pinch me, I’m dreaming. Former Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones wasn’t convinced that his call from the Bills was real during the draft. “I thought initially it was a prank call,” Jones told WGR Sports Radio 550. So I didn’t believe it until really my name went across the TV screen.” The former Buckeyes QB was taken by the Bills as the final pick in the fourth round of the draft. He’ll spend 2016 behind Tyrod Taylor and will compete with EJ Manuel for playing time as a backup.
