Nation's top-rated offensive guard Wyatt Davis commits to Ohio State

The 6-foot-5, 310-pound tackle for Bosco pledged to the Buckeyes a short time ago on Twitter, picking them over Alabama, Michigan, USC, UCLA and Notre Dame. He has 27 college offers. Davis is the No. 14 senior recruit overall in the country and No. 1 guard, according to 247Sports Composite. “Ohio State is really the place I feel I can succeed at,” Davis told 247Sports reporter Ryan Barstow. “I can reach all of my goals in football there. They can develop me into a great man and it’s a place I would like to be even if football doesn’t work out. It’s the right place for me and it’s always been my dream school.” Davis, the grandson of NFL Hall of Fame defensive end Willie Davis, is the 14th verbal commit for Ohio State.
