When it comes to the Ohio State Buckeyes, there probably aren’t a ton of people that believe this team could find themselves contending for a spot in the College Football Playoff this year. However, ESPN college football analyst and former Buckeye quarterback Kirk Herbstreit seems to think they are a team that could surprise a lot of people. The Michigan Wolverines were picked as the favorite to win the Big Ten this year with the Buckeyes ranking below their rivals in nearly every preseason poll.
