The 911 call was obtained by the Columbus Dispatch and, while Buckeyes coach Urban Meyer didn’t say why the senior running back was dismissed, it would seem the alleged assault was a factor. Dunn was entering the final year of eligibility and was expected to compete for the starting job left vacant by Ezekiel Elliott, who was the fourth overall pick by the Cowboys in April’s NFL Draft. Dunn had 287 yards in three seasons, including 91 rushing yards last year, but averaged 6 yards per carry.
