Predictions for Rutgers-Ohio State football

Yes, it will be a homecoming for Chris Ash today in “The Horseshoe,” as he returns to the school where he was co-defensive coordinator for the past two seasons. His replacement as co-defensive coordinator also is Ohio State’s assistant head coach. His name is Greg Schiano, and he will be facing his former team for the first time. Schiano, of course, led Rutgers to prominence a decade ago, getting a signature win in the Texas Bowl in 2006 and then knocking off second-ranked South Florida a year later. Beating No. 2 Ohio State today will be a much tougher task. The quick-strike Buckeyes can score from anywhere, and not only on offense.
